A good action film is always worth a viewing.
Most of the time it's just some mindless escapism, in which, you can watch stuff explode or people get shot or people getting chased etc.

Stuff that doesn't happen in normal life, being performed by cool people, with awesome set-pieces.
If I had to stick 5 favourites up they'd probably be something like:

The Rock
Kiss of the Dragon
Machete (And its sequel)
Avengers Assemble
Con Air
