Topic: delete inbox and sent messages

Please delete my sent messages, and all the inbox besides the recent week or so. Thank you.

xxxbigsaint - we don't delete your inbox messages unless they are older than 30 days old. If you want to delete them sooner than that, you can do it yourself by clicking on the "Mail" tab, then checking the messages you want to delete and clicking "Delete Selected". Currently, you cannot delete your sent messages yourself. Our system will delete them for you once they are older than 30 days old. Hope that helps clarify things.

Hi!!!! He meant sent messages.........not old mail....i have tried everthing to delete also........ihave like 10 pages.......plz help!

Sent messages cannot be deleted by the user, they are deleted by the site system host, any message that is say from a month ago will be deleted automatically.

@mike you are saying it take a month to get deleted by its own. But I can messege even 9 or 10 months old. So can you specify how long does it take to get message deleted by system itself?

Well, I still have messages in my inbox that are much older than 30 days. Not that I'm complaining.
