up comes the sun down goes the rain here inbetween time and time again where angels lie and devils cry you are the sun you are the rain sum of the heavens flowing down the drain here in the valley things never change they remain the same constant in motion absent of pain a promise of love you made yourself you always know the answer yet refuse to give it room time to let you in time in itself is never enough to change you to change yourself
