I personally believe that if a guy is creative then you should give him a chance!! I had a guy walk up to me at the bar and tell me to get on my knees and smile like a doughnut..... I laughed so hard a almost peed my pants..... most girls would be offended and punch him out but I was impressed that he had the all to walk up to a girl and actually say it.... needless to say I talked to the guy for a good 4 hours after that and he was not at all sexist... he was one of the nicest guys i have met in a long time.... a few weeks later i had a guy walk up to me...he was rinking a rum and coke... he chugged the drink back dumped the ice on the floor infront of me and steppped on it... and said " now that we have broken the ice my name is Jamie" i don't know if it is just me... but these guys intrigue me.. They try so hard to be noticed and it doesn't even matter to me if they have used the same line on ten other girls... it's funny!!

I think pickup lines can work, if they're corny enough, funny enough and delivered with a sense of humor. It's the guys who take them seriously that have problems. The ice one would have worked with me bigsmile

Thank god! Cause I couldn't imagine it actually working. I've actually heard that used before and all it does is get someone laughed at (sad, but true). The only ones that have ever worked for me were "Hi, my name's ____", "Wanna dance" or "Can I buy you a drink" LOL

I'm with you lilsugarbear! If a man can make me laugh first thing.....then I am usually willing to give him some of my time! It shows creativeness and a bit more thought.....and some of them are just soooo damn funny!
