As for Voodoo, no definitely not, I'd be terrified that something would go wrong.

I wear my crucifix as a practicing Greek Orthodox, having been Christened and confirmed into the faith as a child and brought up with my own set of Christian beliefs. I wear make-up because I like to look good and feel good when I go out, and when I go to work. Clothing style is uniquely my own - perfume used by ancient cultures....makes me feel and smell good..........none of this is done to attract a potential mate, it is done because they are a small reflection of my belief, deportment, presentation and hygienic rituals....all of which have nothing to do with attracting a mate - well not in my books anyway.

Think about it.

We men go through a RITUAL when we are getting ready to do a first date. We bathe, shave, put on cologne, have maybe, a couple drinks to calm our nerves. All the while, concentrating on this new gal being attracted enough to us to want to go out again.

When getting ready for a date I do a lot. I have freshly showered and am freshly shaven. I use a scented body lotion. My hair has to be just so, I put on a light coating of makeup (eyeshadow that brings out the green of my eyes). Spray on my favorite perfume, use lip gloss with a bit of flavor that I have placed over my lipstick, the right clothing is a must. I doesn't just mean the outside layer either.

I make sure the bra and panties are perfect and I try to make sure they match. If casual, my best comfy jeans and a decent t-shirt. Maybe some earrings as well. If dressing up for the occasion I find it more difficult to get it right. The perfect outfit with the perfect heels and nylons. The perfect earrings and possibly a necklace to match. I find myself changing several times before I think it is right. I do this to feel good as well as to catch his attention. As for an actual voodoo charm, it has never actually crossed my mind.
