I like to do a mix of training. Mainly focussed on cardio, strength, core work and health etc..

I used to do the whole body building style of training for years but now I have found the right training for me and it's amazing.

I lift weights but I don't just want muscles for show. I want strength that is useful. Most of the lumps you see in bars etc aren't as tough as you might think. I'd rather fight Dorian Yates than Oscar De La Hoya.

Same here I do weights and some cardio. I'm a bouncer so like to keep lean but I'm not ripped the only six pack I wanna see is in the fridge chilling. All the people you see on roids do make me laugh they think their the next best thing to sliced bread what they fail to realise is that it makes you slow as fuc# and a few good pressure holds can make the biggest of people scream like a girl.

It is but it will take a bit of effort. When I first started training I was thin as well only weighing about 65kg and it did take a while before I started noticing any change. Now my average weight is around 86kg which is a good weight for me because it allows me to drop down to 77kg to fight at welterweight or bulk up to 95kg when wrestling pretty easily and my chest is one of my favourite muscles to work. Now everyone is different when it comes to building muscle people react differently to various exercises so you will need to just experiment with different lifts to see which ones are best for you. But I will tell you what helped me... free weights are always better than machines, keep your reps low and your weight as high as possible without sacrificing form(you don't want an injury), bench press is my favourite for chest and possibly the best because it also works other muscles as well(but make sure you fit both wide grip and close grip bench press into your regiment as they focus on different parts of the chest). If you are interested in both size and strength try compound lifts(This is what I'm doing now) as they work multiple muscles at a time and make sure you consume plenty of protein and carbohydrate, if you can't eat as much as you need try protein shakes(fast absorbing through the day and just before you go to bed have a slow absorbing protein powder in your shake). Lastly if you want a little bit of an extra boost working out try cratine but be vary careful with it as it can be dangerous if not used correctly.

I know you only asked about your chest but I thought I would add a little extra information in case you were unsure about anything else. Hope I helped :)

I lift weights and would have liked to try my hand at bodybuilding but even when I'm at my biggest I'm not ripped enough to compete in bodybuilding. I'm currently working on my strength to try powerlifting :)

My wife and I lift 2-3 times a week depending on our schedule. We do compound lifts like bench, squat, row, overhead, etc.

I love to workout with weights. Every once is a while, I like to
change up my routine. I also like to do some short burst of cardio.
there is going to be a fitness expo in this area next week.
I plan on attending at least one day.

Last year I ran and participated in the Biggest Loser game at work. I lost 20 pounds and was very happy with that. This year I am running it again (I have about 30 more pounds to go) but I added in a fitness challenge for people. I'm really excited about it as participants will earn raffle tickets for doing exercise. It's always been about weight loss in the past but this time it will be about working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have already started adding in resistance training to my workouts (which are mainly walking, hiking, yoga and pilates). In fact, my thighs and butt hurt so bad right now from the squats and lunges I can barely walk! laugh
