The Bureau of Land Management, whose director was Sen. Harry Reid's (D-Nev.) former senior adviser, has purged documents from its web site stating that the agency wants Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy's cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations.

Don't forget the Multi-BILLION dollar CLOSED contract (meaning NO other bidders) awarded to Dyin Frankensteins husband, to sell all the closed taxpayer funded Post Office buildings, located in prime city and county locations...... which he has done at FAR below their market values to his business associates and friends, netting the Fienstiens well into the multiple millions of dollars in PERSONAL profits, not to mention the BILLION or so dollars his company will profit from the sales!

If you look closely at the law, ALLODIAL TITLE in NEVADA is due for termination since in NEVADA it is one of the last states to have this RARE legal reserve for property rights in the UNITED STATES. Please scroll down in the links to learn about NEVADA.

THIS IS THE REAL REASON to bring the Bundy family to court to rule in favor of the Bureau of LAND MANAGEMENT so that the other states that exist (which is very few) will eliminate any and ALL allodial titles agreements nationwide.

The so called "western democracies" or "free world", are now totally controlled by the illuminati.

Yet until 2013 they didn't dare demolish the principle that private property is untouchable, with the exeption that owners can be forced to sell in case of public interest, like building a road.

WHY illuminati MUST NOW confiscate

Because, 6 years into illuminati overtime, the usual tactics have reached the limit:

Oh boy, I get a good chuckle every time I read that passage in the codes, allodial title under color of law. I would not be surprised if Harry Reid wrote that bill as it is nothing more than a diversion.

The statue in essence says that if you own your property outright, no mortgages, you can apply and prepay your taxes. By doing this your taxes are prepaid for the remainder of your life, but they are going to nail your children.

Now if you look at the wiki article you used (by the way it has a serious flag doubting it's accuracy). However, for the sake of discussion let's start there.


Allodial title constitutes ownership of real property (land, buildings and fixtures) that is independent of any superior landlord. Historically, allodial title was sometimes used to distinguish ownership of land without feudal duties from ownership by feudal tenure which restricted alienation and burdened land with the tenurial rights of a landholder's overlord or sovereign. Allodial title is related to the concept of land held "in allodium", or land ownership by occupancy and defense of the land. Historically, much of land was uninhabited and could therefore be held "in allodium".[1]


So far so good, but if you check the quoted source you find the start of the inaccuracies: Remax: What is Allodial Title? But they do provide a good if somewhat inaccurate definition:


Allodial title is completely free and clear of all obligations, liens, encumbrances, taxes, mortgages and the like. However, where it is still recognized either historically, or presently it is still a rather pseudo-allodial title since the four basic restrictions that apply to fee simple ownership, apply to it as well: taxation, expropriation, escheat and eminent domain.


The inaccuracy, just what is pseudo-allodial? Either it is or isn't. There are no restrictions whatsoever on allodial land, but the owner does have unlimited ability to contract. Within these united States, we have contracted the right of eminent domain to the government by the constitution but only within the aspects of due process and fair compensation.

Also, it states it must be free of all obligations, liens, encumbrances, taxes, mortgages and the like. That is just not so in what they are trying to infer.

First, the obligation/mortgage part. Free man has unlimited right to contract and normally does so with no understanding of what they have done which in reality is a void contract as it must have a meeting of the minds, i.e., complete understanding on the part of both parties. Now where most get in trouble is with a mortgage, an instrument that let's one use a property with the actual deed held in trust for the bank. The bank owns the property, not the individual. In other words, if you use this route , you're screwed, the bank owns it until you pay for it. As a corporate owner, you must pay taxes and maintain insurance, a part of the contract.

But liens, yes it can have liens but they work different on allodial property if the owner has not signed away the property on a trust deed. The lien remains with the property until it is either paid in full or the land is sold. Otherwise it is just an encumbrance to the sale, now ownership.

Ah now the fun part, taxes. If your property is truly allodial, then there is no superior authority and therefore there are no taxes or any other government claim. However most people haven't a clue to what allodial means much less how to secure it. But once done, the only taxes paid are those contracted for, like water, sewage, garbage, and any bonds of the government for improvements you approve (of course if their were any bonds outstanding they must be paid in full before allodial title can be effected).

And the really good part, once the property is allodial, it falls under common law jurisdiction and no statutes apply.

The process fills books and is very complicated and technical. There used to be a YouTube video on it, but that was pulled very quickly. It outlined the process in very intimate detail.

But this project is not the one under scrutiny. For one, this is a united States firm that is building a solar farm on the Moapa Band of Paiutes Indian reservation. This is something the Indians have fought to be able to do for years and they receive a portion of the revenue for the tribe. The government has fought them at every opportunity, so this is just a publicity stunt for ole Harry.

What Harry is involved in is the selling of land, claimed by but not owned by the federal government to the Chinese for not only a solar farm, but solar manufacturing.

Check out the company, First Solar, the US company. These guys have been around since 1999 and has a whole bunch of great accomplishments including generating 8GW of energy worldwide.

I love Alex but he does seem to throw a whole lot of crap into the air to see what sticks. He is on to something for sure, but not this one. In fact I believe that if he looked hard, he would find the fraud here after having fought the deal all along and lost. Harry just can't pass up the opportunity to look good after being bad all along, a true tyrant.
