Hello every1. I've been pondering my brain with this question and it might sound a little na�ve to u all..but come on. Is there food in Heaven???? Back up your answer with a Scripture if u can. Thanks. :)

 Yeah in heaven we have all kind of foods and drinks. there is a wine rivers in heavens. In heaven Almighty ALLAH will give you everything when u just imagine.

hello,permit me to contribute to your discussion.
In Heaven, You will not live as man, needing food , clothing , housing etc. There is no strife in Heaven which means you do not work the ground to get food. You will never be in conflict with anyone because the devil doesn't exist there to create it. So my dear , Heaven is where your soul rest for ever if it makes it there. |

People who are faithfully true to their trusts, and strictly guard their prayers. Those are indeed the inheritors, who shall inherit the paradise. They shall dwell therein forever. So all prophets and some of followers shall inherit the paradise (Heaven).
Messengers are infallible in carrying out their mission. They do not forget anything that Allah (God) has revealed to them.

Thanks. :) First thing that came to mind when I read this question was the following - John 6:35 35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. Revelation 7:16 16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. Hunger, heat, cold, and all things of such are felt through our mortal bodies and or needed through our mortal bodies to physically survive. So I would say no, it's safe to assume we won't be eating, drinking, or anything of that nature in Heaven. |

I do apologize I got lost in track of mind. It's been a long day, I truly apologize. Very true we won't be in "Heaven". Heaven is for God and the Angels. Earth was made to hold us, including the new Heaven and Earth. And in the new Earth, it will be Heavenly like, no sickness, no aging eg., no death, no pain, ect. But man was made for Earth and the angels for Heaven, ect. I highly apologize. When I read your comment about not being in Heaven for eternity, I just automatically took it as you were saying we'll only be there temporarily. Again, I apologize and think I'm gonna quit discussing for tonight and get some sleep. |

Heaven in Islam:
Allah Almighty created Heaven with many levels. The highest level will have the Prophets, the Martyrs and the most righteous, loving and pious believers the world ever had. The lowest level of paradise will be for those who barely made it to Heaven. All people from the highest to the lowest levels will be able to communicate with each others. However, no one will be able to live or enjoy the pleasure of the higher levels than what he already has. He can go to the lower levels, but he can't go to the higher ones. No dung, piss, bad body odor, bad breath, or bad sweat smell will exist in Heaven. The food and the drinks that we consume into our bodies will turn into great smelling musk. The higher the person's level in Paradise the better his smell will be. Also in Paradise, all people will be pure in the heart. No jealousy or bad feelings will exist. Allah Almighty will cause everyone to be happy for what he/she has. Heaven will be the Home of Peace. Not even an atom of evil of any kind will exist in it. Even though Allah Almighty never gave the exact area of it, but He did give us valuable information about it's size: Angels, Jinns and Humans and the Servants and Houris of Paradise will live there. |
