Can't recall anything in the past...but I'm hoping that my decision this year to resign from my current job would be one that's gonna make a difference in my boring life. A lot of my colleagues are saying that I'm giving up a lot by deciding to resign...career, money, stability, tenure, etc. but I consider my age as the stage when I can go out and explore...so no matter what my current employer's counteroffer is and whatever convincing they do, I'm still taking the risk and will jump into the "unknown"
