when I chat I cannot open the box bigger away from the bottom of computer. I tried, the box became bigger but my chat doesn't come across. very frustrating scrolling back and forth. any help please

Sorry for the inconvenience, friendpls. This issue with the pop-out chat window is a known glitch. I do not yet know when it will be fixed.

Can anyone help me ? when I click on "instant message" button of any online members, the chat window never opens. Earlier, instant chat was working fine, but for last 2 months, the instant chat window is not opening. I have tried both chrome and firefox, but same result. Also, I have checked settings and tried to "turn OFF" and then again"turn ON" Instant messaging from there, but although the Instant chat setting is in "ON" status, the Instant chat window never opens... pls Help
