Polish Sausage wrapped with a whole green chili bacon wrapped with red orange yellow saut� peppers, pickled red onions, on a egg roll bun then topped with white cheddar cheese sauce. Store purchased red potato salad. Ice tea.

.. home late.. Supper is a bit odd. . lasagna that I made last night. . shepherd's pie that I purchased from Costco.. .. and then for whatever reason.. on my rush to get out of the house this morning.. I pulled out two very thick pork chops.. to defrost.. .. came home prepared pork chops put them in the oven... then I reheated the lasagna and shepherd's pie... this is what my plate looks like. . a clump. of shepherd's pie... a clump of lasagna... and a over cooked porkchop... no vag no salad nothing else... I'm a huge, horrible,. human being... I can't serve this to my kids.. ... please help me Chef Boyardee.....omg..

Three cheese tortellini with a splash of sketti sauce was last night's dinner... Or was it the night before??? Hmm Just not in the mood to cook these days... Huge kabillion pound salad.... Raw kale, 3 sliced carrots, green onions, 6 celery stalks. Sans salad dressing. I have yet to make it to Trader Joe's. Perhaps in June??
