so it is basically cooked correct? if so wrap tightly and keep in fridge and it will be good for a week or so. If it is real sushi which is raw then eat it same day .. Thanks.. my sons and i ate it last night. .. just to be safe.. it was the first time for them. . they seem to enjoy it.. but it won't be on the dinner menu.. very often.. . thanks again.

I had the grossest mussels... with... Small amount of a leftover salad and a baked potato...

Well today was a long shift.. It's going to be. Adult Barley Pops,fresh greens from the garden, a nice fat sweet potato and a 2 inch strip steak on the grill quick cooked medumin rare with only salt and pepper as a seasoning..Lord have mercy. lol
