cold rainey day here so I have a pot of red sauce cooking up for some kinda dinner, may use some of the meatballs I have frozen. Meatball sub, speghetti, johnny marzetti.

Homemade beef soup called cocido de rez We prepared Caldo de Albondigas soup or meatball soup. I do like to use the beef shanks in Cocido De Rez. I like the Ox tails too. Happy Cinco De Mayo.
