I have bought a couple of lemons off used car lots.
It happens to the best of us. Try just paying cash for a car and just pulling out of the lot and the car dies. Not stalls- DIES!!! Yes this really happened. |

ahhhhhhhhhh I found a way to get even with used car salesmen
Shortly after my hubsand passed away I was looking for something reliable...........went to a dealership, and the salesman said to me Sweetie bring your hubsand back with you, leave him and I talk business So I looked at him, asked him what time he was opened till........found out .......said good that gives me time to go and dig his ashes up out of the cemetary.......as his mouth stood there hitting the ground I calmly got in the car drove away, then started laughing my butt off............ |

Well lets' see my worst car buying experience would have to be when I was in Columbus, Ohio. I wanted to trade my car in for a Dodge Neon which took 4 hours of haggling, crunching numbers, filling out the necessary paperwork etc. Everything was A-OK with the paperwork, everything signed sealed and the car delivered for me to drive off the lot (which I did). Three days later I get a call from the salesman telling me I needed to bring the car back because the bank they chose for my loan decided to re-nig on the loan. In the mean time the car I brought in for trade was in the process of being sold to another customer.

well i bought a car that WAS almost dead.doctored the muffler and doped up the engine and took it into the city to a dealership that ripped off a friend of mine.told them it was a sweet car to drive BUT i need a truck.the dealer(who happened to also be named JOE) said "joe i have JUST the truck for you.it is a 1978 gmc 1/2 ton.my dad owned it.trade ya straight across.reason i offer it to you is cuz i NEED a car like that one for my fiance." we traded.bill of sales stated SOLD AS IS WHERE IS HOW IS. his fiance left him.
