I did not pay any money is this why the screen turns blue and unresponsive when I cick on the first picture of mutual match?

not sure about this one....have never had that happen to me (screen turning blue) but I have on occassion where it has been unresponsive or froze and would not bring up the next profile of the next person. I had to click on my answer again whether it be yes, no or maybe and then it would cycle through and bring up the next profile.
And you don't have to pay a dime to do it

I never had a problem with any of the services, from day one. You might have a web browsing conflict, such as using a different version of java, or using a different browser.
You can try contacting the admin, they may be able to help you. Beyond that, the above is all I can think of. Best wishes! |

i have the same problem with my screen turning blue & can't click on anything either. tried explaining this the other day in here under rating-no one could help me then. don't know why it's happening-i'm new to this site so i'm good n lost on this.

For those of you having problems... can you tell us what browser and version you are using.
Also, try firefox browser see if that works. This site is 100% free. You will never have to pay for anything |

van you should have stats on browsers, os and more if u are using a tracking system.... and if you are not i wouldnt know why
