I agree. I think men do give more into a relationship, but this is based on the hundreds of girls I know, all of which are fickle and shallow and most of them just want a man to make them feel good about themselves while not giving an ounce of love back. Some of the dry comments here from girls just tend to push me more in that belief. So I'm inclined to agree until I find girls who prove me otherwise.

Well, gee whiz y'all, from all the comments it sounds to me that if BOTH a man and a woman put the same effort into a relationship they would all be long lived and mutually beneficial partnerships!
If you had the chicken, vegetables, seasonings and pot of water and all I had was the stove didn't WE make the soup? Sometimes it is not who brings the most, it is about the end result. If a man brings gives more money to a relationship maybe it is just because he earns more. If a man does more of the making up maybe it is because he did more of the effing up. There is a difference in taking advantage of the provisions and taking advantage of the person. Could also just mean the man lacks a spine and has codependency issues. One other alternative, you got one of the shallow, fickle, self serving women. Get another. Problem solved. If she turns out to be crazy too it may be time to look at yourself to blame or redefine your screening criteria. "WOW, she's hot!" is not necessarily the best determinant. |

I've been in relationships where I have given more and where "he" had given more. I've been in relationships over time where at some times I gave more and he did at others times....so what....tickle me and call it a day
