Morphine s a very strong painkiller n euphoric...... Its used as DOPE ;);)

That I die in my sleep like my grandfather did, not crying and screaming like his passengers did.

that i don't die...

Many of us who have seen death don't see it strange at all.

It is a common hospice drug to alleviate end of life anxiety, hallucinations, and often excruciating abdominal pain as internal systems shut down slowly.

It is a merciful narcotic for not only the patient but the loved ones that one would not want to see your suffering but would not have any choice with out it.

I loath the idea of drugs, but since morphine usually allows lucid communication, I have told my children to share our fair-wells for now, load me up or allow me to do it myself, and know it is my wishes to save their suffering more than my own.

So probably a common last wish.
