As I Give My Voice . .. .


In my heart, I have crawled down deep inside silent morning's
Warm morass,
In an effort to find it's glowing effervescence,

But I have failed in finding it.

I have slept with weeping Angels, in their reverence, out
On the moist grass -
At home in my heart, enfolded in their most magnificent
Refrain,

Ah, but again, somehow I have failed in finding my way.

I, too, have given my voice to both 'Silence and Death',
Aye, so that I may experience their true, shadowy,
Length and breadth,

For into these shadow realms we all shall be thrown,

And into these darker places we should be shown . . .
Prayer.

A calm existence on cool plains of shadow worlds filled with reverence and grace.
