If population is well in control,greed would at most enrich few people but wouldn't cause poverty,malnutrition,unemployment. If population is well in control then power,money,oil & all other resources wouldn't be that much scarce & hence wouldn't appear as desperate need of any one. If population is in control,then perhaps majority of people wouldn't think of accumulating wealth for generations. I think population is the root cause of almost all problems & even global warming or pollution too.
