'2016: Obama's America' Filmmaker Indicted for Violating Campaign Finance Laws

Dinesh D'Souza is accused of giving too much money to a candidate who sought to replace former New York Sen. Hillary Clinton. Producer Gerald Molen tells The Hollywood Reporter the charges are politically motivated.

Conservative filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza, whose documentary 2016: Obama's America took a critical look at President Barack Obama and was a surprise hit in 2012, will be arrested in New York on Friday for allegedly violating campaign-finance laws, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Conservative groups are under attack, even in Hollywood. The IRS has delayed another 501-C3 for investigation to a group in Hollywood comprised of actors and money people. They want names and political affiliations of all members, in violation of their own rules, and which are protected by law.

West Virginia Gov also under attack for "gifts".

Christie and "Bridge-gate"

The NAACP attacks a black Conservative congressman, calling him a "house boy" of the tea party.

They can't whitewash Hillary for 2016 after Benghazi, her failure to address congress over her involvement, or the lack of State Dept action to the attack which killed 4 Americans, one a US Ambassador, so the smear campaigns begin early..... long before she even announces her 2016 run (officially), but she has hinted to often.

Gov Cuomo and the new mayor of NY are saying conservatives are not welcome in their state because "That's not who New Yorkers are!" has raised yet another big stink in Bloomberg's old territory.

Another Dem politico is being accused of lying about her past.

AG Holder is attacking Standard and Poors (S&P) for the downgrade to Americas credit rating while not attacking Moody's (owned by Warren Buffet) of the same charge.

Then, to top it all off, the bailout of the insurance companies, written into Obozocare ONLY as a protection to the law should it be needed in the future for unseen difficulties AFTER implementation may be the first order of business to the new law!

It is failing before it even starts!

most people in upstate new york wish New York City would fall into the ocean ("new yorkers")

It is revealing, and this guy put a lot of work into it. When you watch it, it will be like a light coming on, or brightening, for most.... for a certain few, his cheerleaders, it will only be more denial, even in the face of the reality.

It's sad. New York is a stunning place. The people are a total mixed bag of nuts, and that's part of its appeal, but if they ever wake up, or get pi$$ed enough (and the sleepers in California would do the same), life could get very interesting indeed on the political front.

Clinton, Bloomberg, Cuomo...... not a good track record for new Yorkers..... almost shameful
