Nice, smooth, mellow. Once in awhile when I got time we make about 6 to 10 gallons of root beer wine using champaine yeast. Then we fire up grampas still about 50 days later and run a batch or two of corn through it. Then we run that 10 gallons of hi test root beer through it and get a gallon of root beer brandy. More sociable than anything else because everyone gets together and gives me that "useless" advice. If you know what I mean.
