Are you sure 100? I'm thinkin about it and you know how I am and how well planned I am. I'm 8 hours away from his house exactly. Its nice there. Everythings secluded on that lake. Its next to the wild bird preserve. We will have to dive for cover from all the ducks. Ha ha. But the lake is still very close to everything within 20 miles. It is the best choice. Just thinkin.
