The gtx never let's me take good pictures of it. Today it was nice to me. Sorry to hear about your "ritz". I hate wrecked car stories. They make me cry avatars.

It wasn't good on gas but I didn't care at the time. It was coooooool! I have grown to appreciate my turbo diesel VW Golf since then. I was involved with the restoration of a Hemi GTX convertible when I was 15. I have no idea who owned it or where it is now but it was the same coulour as the car in your pic. I worked at a bodyshop after school at the time.

I read it. Have you ever met Gene Winfield? I talked to him on the phone when I was in Vegas in '01 and then met him two years later here in Edmomton at a car show. Really nice guy.

He has all the documentation to go with it and a pickup truck load of stuff from the movie. We sat down and looked through the stuff. It was fun.

He does. He was moving when i talked to him so I didn't go there to see what he had. You might remeber a car called the "Jade Idol". He's also into '41 to '48 Fords.

Ok. My buddy brian builds rods. Brian and I swap stuff. Brian gave me a rare minibike a week ago. I stopped at docs to let him know I got it and I have no more room and see if I could leave it in his museum if need be.

Oh, oops, sorry, did I say trade? One 12 year old is enough for me most of the time Nah, just kidding, I love kids. But my day consists of getting a pedicure, taking my son to trade in some of his video games, and going grocery shopping. Fun stuff!

I gotta run a lot of other errands too. And pay bills. Yuk. And its 24 degrees out. Yuk!!! It snowed earlier coming out of shawanno. I just cringed.
