I have to watch how much Coffee I drink. More than two cups a day, and I feel upset and jittery.
As for tea, not keen on rose or lavender flavour. I love the apple one. |

its a Starbucks day for me.. it goes with the Stars. the stars of her eyes. those beautiful twinkling Brown pools. I can easily slip into those and never hope to reach the shores..

Sunday morning. its bed with Keurig.. till noon at least.. me and a cappuccino K Cup.. TV on.. daylight pouring through the window.. children' playing quietly in the background.. the thought of someone special well I hold myself.. hold my warm cup of cappuccino. Oh sunday or Sunday.. how I wish you could pour yourself into Monday....... have a nice Sunday everybody....

Keurig.. I thought you were for me.. but the more I drink of you.. the less potent I am becoming.. before you like a rock.. after you not so much... may have to cut back a bit... has anybody else had this problem.. I will admit I drink a lot of it...hmmm. try cutting back..

Tuesday morning. cutting back on my K Cup. seems to help.. woke up this morning fully alert.. feeling myself. stretching .climbing reaching... to xscape my waistband.. Oh Keurig.... it seems you are keeping a secret from me.. you can turn my brain on.. but in the process you turned something off.. so I will turn you off for a little while! and turn myself back on...

I have an alpha cat. It would not be a pretty picture in the house... I did look into joining a Feral Feline Catch & Release group.
I do what I can, I love cats.

If you want top quality tea, try Ceylon tea. Buy leaf and make it in a pot, rather than a tea bag. A fine tea does not need spicing up, maybe just a dash of sugar if you like a sweet taste. And drink it in a tea cup, not a mug.
