no offense but welfare don't pay **** to live on and they will hit up the dad to collect child support anyway so might as well report the douche bag to the state and let them go after the bucks.

I know cute, but it can be done. I know...I also worked and was able to keep most of the money...at least on welfare, here anyways, you get free medical/dental for your kid.

ya I understand....the laws of that have changed but when my son was about 2 and I left his dad, it was like that. We could keep at least $200 so you only worked maybe 2 days a week.

The system sucks but then again you have to learn to play the system right. If a woman works, she shells out all her cash to babysitters, they make the system very hard for women to get a job.

your right.i had babysitting suplementation till child support kicked in and then gone .i hated it anyway cause they took weeks to pay the sitter...the only thing i qualify for now is subsidized housing..which has saved my ass more than once.

Littlepreggers, you might have to introduce some guilt to his concience. It might be like a foreign thing to him and his mind might even try to reject it but keep introducing it to him. Eventually it will act like a virus. Sometimes it helps the father, too. Not in all cases as some men are guilt intolerant. The state and other organizations will help the guilt to become more effective to counteract the 'out of view out of mind' attitude that some men can accept to be truth. It really helped my ex to deal with me when I was in treatment.

The way I had to look at it after she called where I was even though she was still a hateful, conniving, money grubbing total ***** to live with was no reason to take it out on my son. Later we got remarried and the child support ended. However, we had a daughter and after that divorce the child support wasn't as hard to deal with. I had some friends who told me that you have to look at it from the child's point of view which is I did not even ask to be brought into this world so why should you impregnate my mom and just desert my ass. It made sense to me that I should support my daughter for her sake. I found by taking care of what I was responsible for greatly reduced the guilt. I found out that guilt can sometimes be a good thing like an idiot light on a car telling you that something is wrong but that one doesn't have to make a lifelong carreer of feeling guilty once the problem is fixed.

Social security number, Littlepregger, unless he has a job under the table. The state can trace any where he works by his social security number because that is the first thing an employer needs for an employee to get a paycheck.

Has he tried the work release program? I have had friend who have tried that. The state pays the employer to hire people like that. They go to work and go to jail right after. Like nursing home wonder guard for residents the person has an ankle bracelet attached so that they can even put him under house arrest.

I would get in touch with a social worker. The social worker after doing up your case may be able to help you in a lot of ways you might not be aware of.

Maybe he can into politics or the court system. Heck the crooks around here really rake in the dough. It is all legal, too. Why the police around here don't even turn their flashing lights on any more when speeding through the intersections. The judge gets his take; The lawyers get their take and the only ones who suffer are the victims and the abusers. Biggest con job you ever want to see. They are above the law and the law works in their favor. I bet Al Capone would even sell his eye teeth to be involved in such a money making scheme.

thats some sad junk.... well see if i was to pull childsupport i wouldnt see a penny tell he got ajob... but like i said before no one wants to hire him... he only spent a month in jail... it was sad he was to get 1 year.. plus 18months probation.. he ran for about 5 months before he turned himself in.. and that one month was considered time served and 18 months probation.
