In season six of Dexter a lab tech trainee was making a game. the idea of his game was you get to be the serial killer and it would be based on actual cases. So you could be Jack the ripper, Bundy or whatever killer the creator of the game chose to put into the game.

When he asked Dexter what he thought of the game Dexter said ti was offensive and why would anyone chose to be a killer. So out of curiosity if this game was actually made how many of you would play it and how many of you would find it to disturbing so you would avoid it like a plague? If you want to say why you would or wouldn't then feel free.

Sure I would play it. Having played most of the similar ones like Hitman, Manhunt, & Assassin's Creed, I think it's the same as any one of those. In Gta games ill start chucking grenades & shooting rocket launcher to get the highest wanted level to see how long I can last before getting killed or busted!

I love doing that too. I've even used cheats to max out the wanted level. lol

GTA in a way is the closest to being the criminal I've seen in games. Hitman is kind of a good bad guy. The reason I asked about this idea was because it was based on actual crimes and being actual serial killers. Some people would probably find that more objectionable then being a fake killer like most games have. Know what I mean?

Then again there was that game where you could be a Nazi and you got points for pulling peoples teeth out and torturing them.

Forgot about the warriors? That game was criminal to... Fun as hell.

i do it all the time on GTA... but more of a mass murderer, not serial killer... if there is a difference

Until rockstar allows hot coffee with the bodies, the true serial killer genre will remain non existent in my opinion, lol

Not that I ever played it but wasn't postal 2 supposed to be one of the worse games for violence ( and game quality haha) I just remember then talking about it on g4 many years ago

I don't think postal was sold at most retail stores, we never had it at Gamestop when I was working there, it was a pc game and seemed like it was made just to offend people

It very well may have been the goal. It may have also been made by someone by a dark and sick mind who should have been locked up where he or she could never influence others. hahaha

I haven't gotten the 5th one yet. I'm not likely to use the online play. I just don't care about that most of the time.

The 5th one is good but not my favorite, I don't have an internet connection so I just play it at friends house with 2 tv's and ps3's but that might be why it's fun since im playing online with a friend in the same room

It probably is. Especially since if your friend does something that really pisses you off then you can throw the controller at his head. lol

That horse had been dead for a long time. It wasn't killed. Just died of natural causes. But you would have to bring it back to life and then piss it off enough to make it kick me. You might get kicked instead. hahaha
