It wasn't the shooter's brother, but I agree that a slap in the wrist isn't enough

Like I said, judge needs to make him spend time at the range so,he can learn to hit his target.
Which, I am guessing was their rig that was being towed.

It was the tow truck drivers brother in the cab too.. My mistake

More time at the gun range will do squat... He hit his target whoa

A drunk driver is likely to get harsher penalty I bet. Ridiculous!

Knee jerk, snatch a weapons is stupid.

I'll give up my weapons just as soon as the radical Muslims, Panthers, Los Zetas, politicians, bloods, crops, and all other criminals hand theirs over.

Far as the kid who shot the driver, I would have him pay all hospital bills and wages lost from not being able to work.

If the driver wasn't able to return to work, offender should pay the drivers wages until such time the driver was rehabilitated and retrained for a different career.

Shooter should be mandated to one month of drug/alcohol rehab and put on 5 years probation with periodic surprise UA testing.

Naturally,he will lose his rights to own or keep firearms.

He fails a UA or defaults on his obligation to support the victim, I'd say, 10 years hard time. No parole.

How many times do we have to shoot him?

How awful that happened but glad the tow truck driver is in stable condition. I can see why these days people are hesitant to help people.
