The fun begins.......

Interesting post in many different but very significant ways.

First, Medicare like Medicaid is doomed to massive failure over the next few years. As a part of Odumbocare has started to steal resources from Medicare to help pay for Odumbocare, the same fate is in order as more and more medical providers refuse to continue to accept payments that do not cover the cost of service.

Second, those that use the exchanges to get something for free deserve that which befalls them. This whole process has been a ruse to collect data from those dumb enough to fall for it. Imagine, not only do they have all your info but also an IP address to associate with it. Gee, life is good for the bureaucratic gestapo.

Third, challenges, there is but one left, the tax challenge. The Supreme Court decision has already shot down Congress's power to enact using the Commerce Clause and the Necessary and Proper Clause. The only remaining authority was under Congress's power to tax and that is on thin ice, albeit:

"The Affordable Care Act's requirement that certain individuals pay a financial penalty for not obtaining health insurance may reasonably be characterized as a tax. Because the Constitution permits such a tax. it is not our role to forbid it, or to pass upon its wisdom or fairness."

Doesn't sound like the mystical beings in black robes where too sure of themselves. Back to the ole "Income Tax" ruse.

And lastly, lawyers. I love these law schools that teach "Constitutional" law and start with the fact that the Preamble doesn't mean anything. They also like to ignore the Federalist and Anti-Federalist papers which are the written debates of the framers of the Constitution. God forbid that something should be decided and they lose all those fees.

But then, what do I care. I'm not a taxpayer, don't qualify, totally exempt. So I hope all you taxpayers out there in La La land enjoy the efforts of your elected representatives. They do such a great job for all you taxpayers.
