Kept getting dizzy and falling down yesterday. Even last night just laying down the room would spin. Woke up this morning with a bad ear ache. I need a hug and a heating pad. I can't find mine!

I put a damp tea towel in the microwave a few second, CAREFULLY drop it into a gallon freezer bag, push out most of the air, zip, and wrap in another towel or flannel pillowcase for substitute moist heat pad. You may want to go to doc if balance is affected more than 24 hrs. because that is pretty serious RCB. Princess sorry you feel bad too.

Thanks for the hugs ya all and yea the nettie pot does help. And gargeling warm salt water. Can't remember feed a fever starve a cold? Zero appetite so doesn't really matter.
