"Black Hole" is not a hole at all. It is only called a hole because things are pulled onto it, just the way, if you dig a big hole in the ground, things fall into it. Notice, I said "onto" when referring to a Black Hole, because Black Hole is as solid a mass as you can get. It is matter that is so dense that even light cannot escape.
