I remember when...
More than a year ago we met
And the joy of that first season
Still echoes through my head...
Like the 50 Shades of Grey
That once compelled us all to read
As we reached for someone new
Hidden beneath the secrecy...
Clinging eagerly to each page
And the looks on our face
Those were original good times
Memories we never will replace...
And all we've discovered since then
About each other and life lessons too
Is it everything you wanted?
Have you found your true blue?
Or are we still looking for that thrill
The One we never will forget?
Are we any closer to our goals?
Did we do much to regret?
Even if we're still single and alone,
Without so much as a lover in our beds,
Just having friends in the know
Fills this second season with love and happiness...
