Wife of bounty hunter 'Dog' sees charge dismissed

"Such a good looking couple"

DENVER (AP) — Prosecutors in Colorado have dismissed harassment charges against the wife of TV bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman.

Beth Chapman had been accused of verbally harassing a 16-year-old girl at a Colorado lake in July. A police report said witnesses told investigators that she called the girl names for wearing inappropriate clothing at Monument Lake on July 10.

The Denver Post reports that the El Paso County district attorney dropped the charges Wednesday (http://goo.gl/dODhCR ).

Beth Chapman had pleaded not guilty. Her lawyer says in a news release that the dismissal is "welcomed and appropriate."

The Chapmans appear on the CMT show "Dog and Beth: On the Hunt." They own a home in Castle Rock, Colo.

You can take the woman out of the trailer but not the trailer out of the woman.
