The Illuminati are little more than a chapter of the Free Masonic Society. Free Masons were started as a secret guild back in the dark ages to promote higher learning and often the selection process was very demanding. A sort of criteria was made up that was based of the idea that a certain minimum of moral character and religious conviction were needed by candidates. The secret rituals that followed were both to cull-out people who didn't meet this standard and to keep members preoccupied with these moral standards. To be perfectly fair, it was important that the process had to be as unbiased to all people no-matter what there religious convictions were. This is where the 'allegorical rituals' had to be employed. An allegory is anything or story that teaches or illustrates a moral lesson or serves as an superlative. For example, You spoke of how the money can sometimes have a triangle with an eye in the middle of it... This allegorical symbol has been used to imply an Almighty Being. The triangle was a strong shape often used in construction and the one eye symbolized the omnipotence of that Almighty Being's ability to see and know all. Other symbols each with their own meaning have been used for well over the last thousand years and often served as a stealthy way of contacting other Masonic members. Why so secretive...? Often, during various points in history people who didn't meet this standard of character would be envious of the groups advancements and so often the organization has been driven into obscurity. If You want a very humours satirical look at Masonic Societies just YOU TUBE the Simpsons episode of, 'The Stone Cutters.' I'm especially fond of the Grand Potentate's big speech as to what the Stone Cutters are and then immediately followed by, '"Now, let's all get drunk and play Ping-Pong!"' |
