I don't think I have a happy trail, however I DO have plans for a landing strip.

Is there a particular advantage to having one of these happy trails that i need to know about? Can I show it to the chicks in bars to try to get some action, or do I just have to talk about it a lot? Trivia question, who all has happy trails in this post?

Go to where you are most calm, and content...it will reflect outwards, and be like a magnet to the right people.

Hey phil...I need that landing strip..QUICK!!! Do you fly?? It's always good to buy property up against a golf course or a lake. It's a great investment. If the place is going to be developed in the next 10 years you will make a mint on any property you sell off.

Ok, Ok. Lakeman sold me on your proposition. As long as our prenup has a 50-50 clause and an opt-out clause after 10 years, I don't mind moving up there. I wouldn't mind knowing I'm sitting on "mint" for 10 years...
