Some days I stuggle with the decisions that I made in the care for my
wife. It's easy to second guess youself when the results were what they
were.

and if you didn't make the best decisions then, do so now. starting
with yourself... doing what is healthy you for.

for each of us, it's something different, but we usually know what it
is.

i think the advice of joining a support group makes a lot of sense.

community helps.

Anther thing that really bugs me. When I have a good day everyone thinks
that eveyting is all better and can put everything behind us. When I
have a bad day, everyone is so surprised because I had a good day before
and can't understand why Im sad now.

your wife, but only you feel that pain that no one understand, don't

The good news is I count blessings eveyday. I have so many things in my
life to be thankfull for. Some days are just sad days though. I hope
that if I live throgh enough of them, I can count my blessings from
mountain tops after all of these valleys.
