Line food dehydrator pans with wax paper...cut hole on middle if they have a middle neck. lightly spray paper with cooking spray...put a layer of applesauce on paper trays about the thickness of an quarter. Leave in the dryer about 8-9 hrs...on fruit setting.when dry and not sticky to touch...cool and roll up in the wax paper its on.. for flavor try sugar free jello in your applesauce...a great alternative to flavored applesauce!* sugar free dissovles better than regular jello.
