I have a Premium Membership which does not expire until November 5, 2013; however, my picture/profile is no longer highlighted. Why is this since my 3-month subscription has not expired yet? Also would like to know how I can change from a 3-month subscription to a 6-month subscription. Tried to post in direct message but would not be accepted because of not being a premium member. Not so! Thanks in advance for your help. Now it seems to be highlighted!! Don't know what happened here but that seems to have resolved itself. Still need to know how to change subscription to 6 month Prem. Mbrshp.

I'm not sure it's possible, dcastelmissy, but you can send an email so that it can be looked into.

I tried that, it would not go through because it said I was not a premium member. In the meantime, Journeyman told me my subscription was not due to expire for 80 more days, which if it has already been renewed, would not be right either, should be 90 days from November 5. What should I do?
