I'm fit for a guy thats just turned 42. Maybe you should try it yourself and build yourself up? You feel a lot better about yourself when you do and more confident!

I don't really lack confidence mate but it's true that I haven't been working out much recently. Been too busy with other stuff, like getting an education.

When I was doing the yoga I had girls asking me if I did sport because I had a lot of muscle tone then. I still like to stand on my head and that's good for upper body strength but I stopped doing the practice because I hurt my knee forcing it into the lotus position too much.

Just a coincidence but I am planning on going out and buying some weights actually to build up my muscles a bit more. I mean, I'm still as strong and fit as I ever was but when you get to this age you start to worry about your health and trying to keep up with younger women and all of that jazz.
