Here is my menu Roasted Turkey Stuffing Mashed potatoes Gravy Mac&cheese for my Daughter that hates potatoes Broccoli with Cheese sauce Corn Maple glazed carrots Cranberries. Dinner rolls Tomatoes and cucumbers, Pickles and olives Dessert Pumpkin pie with whipped cream Apple dumplings Cookies. How does that sound?

Capt'n Canuck checkin in... My dad use to cook the bird... always cooked perfectly.Since he's gone, no one in my family has been able to master it Until Now! Took some time for me to figure out I needed to stomp on that bird a while just to make it fit in the oven... Yes, I think I've got it now
