Yep. I had an old English sheep dog growing up! Her name was Farley. She was my baby! She slept in my bed!

Yes , The Dogs name was called Skippy !! We adopted him after his previous owner got caught up in heavy drugs and he started to neglect the dog. Skippy started coming up to the farmhouse and patiently awaited a scrap of food as we had another dog called Bella a Staffy Bull Terrier. Skippy kept coming up the driveway to beg for food out of share hunger and we took pity on him after a long period of him walking up to the house and patiently awaiting a scrap of food to be thrown to him !!

In the end we put a blanket outside under the verandah for him to sleep as we cud see him deterating and he spent many months out there in the winter nights which were very cold and also many rainy days never complaining as our other dog spent every night inside our home on the couch or in front of the fireplace spoilt rotton..One day the previous owner who previously owned little skippy , Promised some dangerous gang members that he cud purchase $31 thousand dollars of meths for these people and took their money and instead of doing what he suggested , he done a runner with these peoples money. One night just after this , A car load of these dangerous people arrived to track down their money and came up our shared driveway looking for their money or drugs .

They came to our homes front doorway and this little black long haired terrier started barking continuously at these unwelcome visitors early this morning ..Our spoilt staffy didnt make a sound ,. I woke up and turned on all the lights in our farmhouse due to skippys continuous aggressive barking . The car then reversed down the driveway !!! One hour later two of the occupants of the cottage up from below knocking at our front doorway covered in blood and heavy swollen eyes asking for safety, But they could'nt ring the police !! We found out later their were 4 prople in the vehicle who had traveled 1000 kilometres to find their money , They had weapons and heavy bats..

It is the first time in my life , I grew to love the ugly duckling of a smelly dog , who bit his tail off due to his neglect and riddled with fleas !!" Skippy saved our lives that night and from that night on , He lived inside our home next to the warmth of our fireplace !! When I burried him it was one of the saddest days in my life.. I love that ugly duckling that came up to our house and never complained if he never got a piece of food as our spoilt staffy intimidated him, I hope I meet him in heaven !! Thanku skippy miss u heaps !! Thanku for saving our baby boy and my ex and myself , Very greatful , your photovbrings me to tears...
