When you have to watch everything you eat or drink its hard to come up witb good things to eat. I need some good ideas.

If you take your binders religiously you can have a small amount of everything, including dairy. That's what I do.

American Kidney Foundation used to have a monthly magazine you got with membership that had great tips. I would always start there or their on line chat sites. Sure there are some cooks there that are more knowledgeable about dietary recos. If you email a list then I could probably share some ideas. I have to cook super low salt and I find my Magic Bullet blender and mini crock pot are a God send to playing Solo Chef.
