meeting across the sky
would I fascinate you more
shining way up here so high?

if I could be your best
of dreams gone wandering round
would you and I discover
something surreal and far profound

would you then be my rainstorm
and I your mystic rainbow
would we leave a luminous trail
followed by a misty morning glow

if you and I are really
two stars passing together,
two stones in a river,
or two birds of a feather

Then we are two souls on a journey
two spirits in the wind
two whispers in the silence
asking for forever without end.
