I'd like to comment upon a recent News segment of the NewsHour that concerned itself with all the nations that are 'nuclear-tipped' at present, whether operational or not, to include Russia, Iran, N. Korea, India, Pakistan and more. The NewsHour usually has respectable 'talking-heads'(scientists/experts), who are professionals in their fields. I'm not going to reference any of the topics that I will mention, but merely comment thereupon said topics and on-the-air 'statements'/commentary, with the perspective that Mankind does need to take action TODAY, and probably immediately, with concern for Ourselves/Humanity, Our World, Our Biosphere, Our Societies, Our International/Personal Relationships (mostly dysfunctional nowadays!) and more!
Here are but a few recent NewsHour topics of concern here:
1. Regarding the man who flew several airlines around Europe and the U.S. with an infectious case of TB. One of the medical scientists on the program, made the comment, "Of course, already 1/3 of the American people, every day, are walking around with TB in their bodies!"
2. Another program, concerned with HIV/AIDS, had NIH Scientists who noted that it is untrue that AIDS is a virus that Mankind got from some African monkeys! It was scientifically noted that the AIDS gene is already present in the body of every human being at birth, and thusly everyone 'has it'! Of course, it requires 'being triggered' by circumstances in one's life, at which time it then becomes virulent. Until that/such time, any Physician's test will be Negative, and yet a special test, that can only be done under extreme lab conditions, will show Positive for AIDS within every human being!
Okay, to get to the main topic of concern here, as originally mentioned hereinabove: 'nuclear-tipped' nations!
My reference here is the fact that I, myself, many years back, worked for the AFSS (Air Force Secret Service), and at that time, I was one of about 18 persons, worldwide, who were directly responsible for the operation of the U.S. President's 'Football', the Communications 'Briefcase' that went with him everywhere, and, in effect, contained the 'Red Button', to unleash America's arsenal of bombers and missiles! If he were to decide to 'Press-the-Red-Button', it was my worldwide telecommunications system, that "had better work, or my ass-was-grass!"
Years later, and today, in retrospection, one realizes just how close one, and their 'Responsibilities', were to the potential annihilation of millions, if not billions, of people worldwide!
And so it is, that I yet have concern for What Mankind is Doing Today, and exactly Where we might be heading! Because, it truly is no longer a matter of concern about 'nuclear-devices'! Because, today, such 'nuclear-devices', as Weapons-of-Mass-Destruction (WMDs), are actually obsolete! And everyone needs to be concerned, that Governments/Terrorists, might somehow develop a WMD from the latest scientific 'discovery'... the quantum axion particle!
The quantum axion particle has been discovered/theorized in recent years ('discovery' vs 'theorization', depending upon what Scientist or Scientific 'Agency', is doing the 'promotion' for their research! Some scientists 'have it down pat' and others 'think they do' and others are yet searching for details and 'Realities'!)
But the details are this: the quantum axion particle... one particle, and every particle... exists everywhere in the Universe, simultaneously! Without getting into further scientific details about the realities and capabilities of the quantum axion particle... Let me just note, that IF a Government/Terrorist SHOULD somehow 'develop' a quantum axion particle WMD... It would thusly be Final!
Since one particle exists everywhere in the Universe, the detonation of a quantum axion particle WMD... would annihilate the entire Universe!
Mankind needs to quit 'playing around' in/with Our Lives, and Concern Ourselves with What is Going On in the World and With Ourselves... AND THEN TAKE ACTION! To Make This A Better World!
