Hey girls. If wondering on how to get that round booty. Squats and lunges does a woman good. Want that nice toned stomach (planks and crunches) work. Nice lean legs (calf raises, 50sec wall sits, and flutter kicks) are amazing. More tips just message me. I recommend these exercises for both men and woman. I have done all of these myself and love the way my body changed.
