It seems the wheels of war are really gearing up. Obama has made the use of chemical weapons a "red line" but has still done nothing about this red line so far.
My question is not so much as should we help rebel Syrians or not, but a much bigger question.
Exactly what difference does it make whether you die from hundreds of hot phosphorus pellets from a cluster bomb, have your flesh burnt right off your body from a napalm bomb or even get vaporized from a tactical nuke.....dead is dead ..I don't think any of the above options is any more or less humane then another. So why the big deal about chemical weapons...the question should be...can we do anything to solve this civil war, period.

Could you imagine another Country fighting in the American Civil War? How dumb does that sound? Every Country has had a Civil War. None of our business.

Well technically you can say the revolutionary war was a civil war. At the time we were still considered an English territory and because we revolted from the mother land and the King it could be construed as a "civil" war, in which both the French and Spaniards among others got involved.

70% of the American people don't want war and most don't believe the filthy lie being peddled by mainstream media on behalf of our government. We know they're trying to lie us into war again.

“I'm not upset that you lied to me, I'm upset that from now on I can't believe you”. — Friedrich Nietzsche

Why isn't MSM being labeled a "Terrorist Organization" and an enemy of the USA?

I don't think anyone wants this war..but since Obama drew this "red-line", now I guess he has to do something to save face because he has lost all credibility in the world over the last 5 years. No doubt historians will see him as the worst president in the history.

That list could cover all the presidents of the last 3 decades.

He'd be listed in notorious company for sure on a list of who's who that puts the mafia to shame and envy!

But his name would appear at the top for sure

no one wants another war but, we are surrounding by the interconnected media. wherever you look, news reports constantly tell us and show us what is happening. for me, its all about the humanitarian suffering - I know it is a civil war but chemical weapons on civilians, that cannot be right.

Just curious...what's the difference to you whether people are slaughtered by chemical weapons as opposed to napalm, cluster bombs or any other war machine tools? Is there a difference?

There are already 100000 dead..

Assad knows that if thats ok with the west and knowing that a chemical weapons attack with un inspectors in the country crosses the red line, does anyone really think he would be that stupid?

There is only one side that benefits from a chemical attack and that is the terrorist rebel groups.

Don't make the mistake of believing what the media sells as truth!

Yes, people are dying, but the media will spin it to whatever story sells the most copy, and right now, that's the military industrial complex that profits from war.

How do you feel about Obama droning brown women, children and civilians in other countries?
