You will need.
For AMateur Cooks Only. 1pkt latina lasagna Sheets ( 8 ) from the coles cold section. 1/4kg of Danish Fetta. 1.5kg Pork Mince/Chicken Mince 1 sml tub cream rosemary chives Tomatoe Paste ( Large ) Shredded Cheese Foil Tomatoes Preperation. Into a large mixing bowl put the pork/chicken mince the danish fetta sprinkle generous amount of rosemary add a sml amt of cream Combine well, adding more cream as needed. Roasting Pan. Spread alittle tomatoe paste on the bottom spread it so it covers the bottom completely. Chopping board. Slice tomatoes ( 2 large ) and leave sit. Microwave. Heat lasagna sheets 10 secs remove and lay flat gently. Onto a clean surface lay one sheet and spread evenly the mixture from the mixing bowl roll away from you. Place into roasting tray and repeat till all 8 sheets are used. Pour over tomatoe paste on top and use a spoon to spread evenly, making sure to do the sides as well. On top open and spread the shredded cheese and then put the sliced tomatoes on top of this and spread the chopped chives evenly. cover with foil and into a preheated 220c oven, place on top rack and cook for 45mins remove foil and cook for a further 10 mins serve hot with chips or greek salad. |
