Topic: Does, in fact, anyone like Soundgarden?! | |
---|---|
well, as you may have guessed judging by the title/question...Soundgarden is my favourite band. Lucky enough to see them this coming September in Dublin, phew! So glad they reformed so I could get a chance to see their genius live. Am a huge Chris Cornell fan...not obsessively so...adore euphoria morning his debut single and loved the first Audioslave album but after that...meh. I moreso admire his voice and strong character. Am waffling now. Course i'm into rock/"grunge" but also listen to a lot of new music too. am totally guilty of loving the odd 80's tune, just fun and ridiculous. would love to hear from ye and your opinions, sure why not? |

I totally agree with you about Nirvana! You are like the only person I know who feels that way. Totally into AIC & Pearl Jam (well alot of Pearl anyway) I liked Cobain and his Unplugged cd and his persona - liked him as a folk singer. The band did some good stuff but a lot of it was boring IMO I owned everything AIC ever did & like their new vocalist too, and Yield (PJ) is a masterpiece IMO I have Chris Cornell's solo work - his voice is awesome |

How do you post pics on here I've got some from the concert ide like to share you have to upload them to something like photobucket -- if you use that specifically it will give you the exact syntax to copy, just post in here. if you upload them somewhere that doesn't do that for you, copy the url and then... [*img]post the url here [*/url] (remove the * first} simple, simon :) |
