Bro take it from me, with a year in the gym ive morphed my body, ive always had a great witty personality so ive had beautiful long term relationships but only after i spent weeks or more chatting em up in school, or i was lucky enough to be recommended by a female friend of mine ( Fyi female friends are your best friend )

If you want to feel better, look better, and most importantly become the person you want to be, then you have to do it, no one else will help you, well im studying to be a personal trainer so for a fee ill help. Its hard at first but wether you want to look strong or lose weight or both, it wont be easy but it will be worth it, and hey whats an hour less on the computer a day vs being happy?
