you have got to learn who you are dealing with. boys will act and react totally differently than men. being all cuddly and sweet is cool, and being direct is cool too. there is a time and place for all those. i guarantee i guarantee nobody likes a beotch

Sounds like these guys like abusive behaviour.

Maybe they don't trust nice and cuddly because they're not used to it?
I'm the warm cuddly type myself and a man I dated a long time ago once told me it took him a while to relax with me because he was in suspense for a long time waiting for my time bomb to go off or something. He said he used to try to provoke me to make it happen...which explained a lot after the fact. It turned out I'm not easy to anger, choose my battles for their actual merit and fight them like a calm adult willing to compromise. It concerns me that this is considered strange behavior nowadays.
