Have you tried almond milk? My sister is lactose intolerant so she drinks almond milk and she likes it.

Wierd thing is I eat cheese, yogurt, ice cream, cottage cheese, sour cream and even table cream minimum 10%.

It's not a lactose thing with me - used to be years ago!
